Used the drive through and the experience was prompt and accurate. The food was hot. We used a coupon 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 fries for 4.99 which was a great deal. The drive through staff was decent but didn't ask if we wanted any sauce or ketchup and just shut the window. We sat there for 30 seconds or more before he opened the window to see what we wanted. Other than that service was good.

Went in, and place was nearly empty. The first girl to greet us disappeared as I scanned the menu, and the other two kids behind the register kept their backs to us. Decided to go through drive through because no one was anxious to wait on us after about two minutes. In drive through, girl took our order then left us sitting there. My husband finally said,”Do we pull around now?” And the girl laughed and said,”Yes, to the first window.” At the first window there was nobody. After about ten seconds, we pulled up to the second window. There was no one there either. After a bit, a girl laughed and called across the kitchen,”Sir, can you please go back to the first window?” Grumbling, my husband said,”But there was nobody there.” We reversed and backed up to the first window. After paying, my husband complained about the poor service we’d received, and instead of apologizing she said sarcastically,”Happy Easter.” We pulled up again to get our food and my husband told the next person about the previous girl’s attitude and she said,”I’m so sorry, sir.” She was a much better representative of this business. It’s too bad she has to put up with the rest of the crew of slackers. This was Sunday, April 21, 2019, 2:55 P.M. Finally, the double cheeseburger was dry and only had one slice of cheese instead of two.

Cheap food... yummy. i wish there were more places like this around town. there was fast, efficient, and courteous service. this place has a nice design.

Bk in South Sebring is Always slow. Sometimes I get through McDonald’s faster and everyone knows they’re slow. They keep you at the pay window to keep their clock from running up and then they shut down before closing. Countless times I’ve driven by 20 til or so and they would have all the lights off. Closes at 1am tonight at went there at 12:27 on my lunch break and of course all the lights are off and shut down. Horrible experience EVERY time I go to that location.
